Start 2026 with a rower-coded classic stair workout at Harvard Stadium, followed by a short cool-down run to Sofra for some baked goods. There's a paid parking lot, as well as potentially free parking options a short distance away. Open to the public!

IF there is ice or if the gates are locked (it doesn't seem like they will be, but unclear due to winter break) the backup plan will be a loop between the Eliot and Western Ave bridges on the Charles.
